Our Unique Approach
At RISE & Shine Integrated Therapeutic Services, we’re proud to have taken a uniquely holistic approach to wellness takes into consideration the whole person — body, mind, spirit and soul. Taking a cue from the natural order and sacred geometry of the universe, we believe this holistic approach to personal, physical and mental wellness is an important factor in our remarkable success rate with patients.
As the video above illustrates, we’ve truly incorporated a unique, holistic approach that takes into consideration the whole person. Each shell in the above video represents a separate, yet fully integrated aspect of our approach, as explained below. (Please note that our program is truly unique in that it is flexible and completely tailored to your individual or group needs. Therefore, the descriptions below are merely “jumping off points”. Your customized therapy plan will be created as we become further acquainted.)

Other services in this category are being added, and may be available at this time.

This perhaps is the reason it is so important to be able to be healthy in the other areas mentioned. Without being healthy in these other areas it makes this category very difficult to maintain. Play is how we grow. Laughing, fun, feeling alive, and freedom are perhaps the meaning of life as they are essential for self-love and growth. Utilizing experiential exercises to use play, laughter, present focused exercises to teach clients to live in the moment, providing opportunities for clients to utilize innovative ways to learn healthy play, laughing, fun, and ways to feel alive to move beyond surviving and to move forward living.
