As Dr. Novak explains, “While working for an airline, we had a horrible crash. Experiencing my shock, my peers’ pain, the loss of close friends, and hundreds of people, all of us trying to live our lives left me wanting more than anything to be able help. There is no greater gift than being able to help another through a difficult journey.”
